Controlled Chaos by Mark Oliver Adams

I like this: the foreign characters, arrows and blocks make me think of hieroglyphs, the restricted resolution makes me appreciate the ability to convey characters or meaning through a limited (5 x 9) grid, and the flickering through characters reminds me of train station ticker boards: finding short bursts of meaning through the chaos. All very charming.
